_Assignment 1: Breakfast Menu
After reading Theme 2 design two 7-day breakfast menus. Both menus should contain the following:
The first menu only encompasses the above requirements.
The second menu has the added restriction of being appropriate for someone on a gluten-free diet, because of an allergy to wheat.
Also, include a brief explanation for your meal choices for both menus:

- 7 days of healthy breakfast meals
- 5 of the meals are to be ones that can be prepared by a client with time-constraints. They can be prepared in 10-15 minutes or less. The two weekend meals can require up to a half hour of preparation time.
- Both menus are appropriate for someone who’s diet has a moderate to low caloric intake
